Bread stacked on bottom of unit. - Taco bowls now within high sided ventilated container - Floors within kitchen have little to no food debris - door seals to refrigerator and freezer units free of debris - Potentially food is no longer stored within Pepsi cooler, all storage taking place within walk-in cooler. - cardboard lining shelves within dry storage has been removed - shelving throughout facility clean - new cutting boards purchased - food product being stored below threshold of portion of prep coolers - door tracks to refrig units clean and free of food debris professional cleaning service cleaning facility three days a week facility possibly purchasing new refrigeration units for kitchen and basement to replace Pepsi Refrig units
