Harris Jr., 17, of Lowville, with one count of resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor and two counts of assault second degree, a class D felony, after an incident taking place on Wednesday January 28th at the Lewis County Courthouse building. Mr. Harris is accused of punching a court security officer and biting another, causing injuries to both. The order stated Mr. Kampney is to have no contact with his wife. It is alleged that on January 12th, 2015 Mr. Kampney texted his wife multiple times in violation of the order. He was charged with felony criminal contempt first degree and aggravated harassment second degree. Mr. Kampney was arraigned in Village of Lowville Court and remanded to the Lewis County Jail on $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 secured bond. Lowville Village Police Blotter 01/15/15 Lowville- Village Police in Lowville arrested Teresia L. Jenne, 39, of Croghan and charged her with Issuing a Bad Check. Ms. Jenne allegedly issued a check in the amount of $39.00 on January 12th to Mullins Service Station in Lowville on a closed account. Mr. Eckelman was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Village of Lowville court at a later date. Lowville Village Police Blotter 01/13/15 Lowville- The Lowville Village Police Department arrested 32 year old Daniel J. Conorino of Lowville at 8:15pm Tuesday January 13th, charging him with Criminal Contempt in the second degree. It is alleged that on January 12th Mr. Conorino violated an active order of protection by going to the residence of the protected party. Mr. Conorino was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Lowville Village Court at a later date. |
