Adams- The New York State Police arrested two Lowville residents on late Sunday afternoon on Interstate 81 in the Town of Adams. Kasidee D. Rhone, 20, and Bryson S. Sauer, 19, were each charged with one count of Unlawful Possession of Alcohol by a Person Under 21, an ABC violation, and one count of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation. Both were issued tickets to appear in the Town of Adams court at a later date. |
