Town of New Bremen- The New York State Police arrested a Castorland after
    an alleged domestic dispute on Monday afternoon.

    Scott H. Farr, 44, was charged with one count of Criminal Mischief- Intent to
    Damage Property, a class "A" misdemeanor under NYS PL 145.00 and one count
    of second Harassment- With Physical Contact, a violation of NYS PL 240.26. He
    was sent to Lewis County Jail on an unspecified bail amount. The incident is
    pending further investigation.
