New Bremen- The New York State Police arrested a New Bremen man on
    Tuesday afternoon, after investigation into an alleged domestic dispute that took
    place on Tuesday morning.

    Scott A. Buckingham, 32, was charged with one count of second-degree
    Harassment- With Physical Contact, a violation, and one count of Endangering
    the Welfare of a Child, a class "A" misdemeanor.

    The incident is pending further investigation, with no additional details available
    at this time.
