Town of Lyonsdale- The New York State Police in Lowville arrested Jason T. Lynch, 19, of Boonville on Saturday night, charging him with second degree Criminal Contempt- Disobeying a Court Order of Protection, a class A misdemeanor. The charge stems from an incident reported on Monday, June 22 in the Town of Lyonsdale. Mr. Lynch will face the charges in Town of Lyonsdale court at a later date after posting bail bond. No additional details were provided. |
