Watertown- A Copenhagen man was charged by Watertown police on Monday evening at Joe's Tavern on Coffeen Street. Travis L. Foy, 34, of 3260 Roberts Rd., Copenhagen, was charged with second degree Criminal Contempt after being accused of violating the terms of a Family Court stay-away order of protection when he entered the bar and made eye contact with the protected party, and sat within 15 feet of her. Mr. Foy was held for arraignment in City of Watertown Court. |
