Brantingham Man Accused of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle

    Town of Lyonsdale- The Lewis County Sheriff's Department arrested a
    Brantingham man late this morning following a domestic incident on Laura Street
    in the Town of Lyonsdale.

    Eric M. Bruce, 33,  is accused of operating a 2000 Plymouth Voyager van without
    consent from the owner, following the domestic incident. He was charged with
    third degree Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and third degree Aggravated
    Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, both misdemeanors.

    Mr. Bruce was processed on both charges and released with tickets to appear in
    Town of Lyonsdale court at a later date.
