Harrisville- A Harrisville man was arrested late Saturday night after Lewis County Sheriff's Deputies on foot patrol at the Harrisville Community Day were notified of an ongoing altercation in the parking lot of the Harrisville Fire Department.
Conduct, after allegedly engaging in a fight with Richard Thayer, 52, of Edwards. Mr. Thayer, it was learned, had allegedly hit Shawn Lewis, 25, of Harrisville, with his vehicle, Shawn Lewis is also accused of trying to engage in a fight with Mr. Thayer, and was transported to Carthage Area Hospital by Harrisville Ambulance for treatment of a lower leg injury, and has not faced any charges at this point. The investigation into to the incident is ongoing. Aaron Lewis was taken into custody and issued a ticket to appear in Town of Diana Court at a later date. |
