Lyons Falls- The Lewis County Sheriff's Department arrested a Port Leyden
    teen this morning after the owner of Hendel's Hotel, in the Village of Lyons Falls,
    allegedly saw him breaking into a garage on the property.

    Michael T. Sullivan, 18,  is accused of fleeing on foot after being observed by the
    hotel owner. He was located approximately two hours later by deputies and State
    Police and was charged with Burglary in the third degree and Petit Larceny.

    Mr. Sullivan was arraigned in Village of Lowville Court and remanded to the
    Lewis County Jail on $3,500 cash bail or $7,000 bond. He is scheduled to
    reappear in Lewis County Court at a later date.
