Town of Leyden- The Lewis County Sheriff's Department arrested Brianna J. Monette, 18, of Port Leyden, today after investigation into an alleged sexual abuse incident on August 24th. During the course of the investigation it was determined that Ms.Monette signed a false written statement.
Making a Punishable False Written Statement, both class "A" misdemeanors. She was issued tickets to appear in Town of Leyden Court at a later date. No additional details were available. |
