Town of Greig-  The Lewis County Sheriff's Department arrested three
    Castorland men after being called to assist New York State DEC Forest Rangers
    with a traffic stop on Saturday night, August 8, on Greig Road in the Town of
    Greig, according to information released today.

    Upon arrival, deputies say the driver of the vehicle, James R. Young, 25, was
    found to be in possession of marijuana. Two backseat passengers, Jordan A.
    Hall, 18, and Adam E. Hall, 22, were found in possession of two opened alcoholic
    beverages according to deputies.

    Mr. Young was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation.
    Jordan Hall was charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol- Under Age 21 and
    Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, both violations. Adam Hall was
    charged with Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, a violation.

    All three were issued tickets at the scene to appear in the Town of Greig Court at
    a later date.
