Turin- Two men were arrested by Lewis County sheriff's deputies after investigation of a complaint into the unauthorized use of a vehicle on August 20, 2015. Cody A. Kraeger, 19, of Port Leyden, and Dakota J. Lawrence, 22, of Turin, were both charged with third-degree Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, a class "A" misdemeanor, and issued appearance tickets for the Town of Turin Court. Mr. Kraeger is accused of driving the vehicle, while Mr. Lawrence is accused of riding as a passenger, as the pair allegedly left Mr. Lawrence's residence and went to the parking lot of the South Lewis Central School. |
