| Lowville Pair Accused of Using Heroin in Vehicle With Baby Nearby 07/07/15 08:15am |
Waterown- The Watertown City Police arrested a Lowvillie pair on Monday night at the McDonald's located at 924 Arsenal Street. Robert P. Forsythe, 31, and Sasha E. Eckelman, 26, were both charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. They are accused of engaging in heroin use inside a vehicle at the restaurant when they possessed hypodermic needles, an open flame, hot liquid and hazardous fumes in close proximity to a 5-month-old boy according to court documents. It was reported that one of the co-defendants did overdose and had to be medically revived. Both Mr. Forsythe and Ms. Eckelman were being held on $500 police bail pending arraignment Tuesday morning in Watertown City Court. |
