    Lowville-  The Lowville Village Police Department arrested Lisa M.Edick, 42, of
    Lowville today, charging her with second degree Criminal Mischief, a class D
    felony,  and two counts of second degree Harassment.

    Ms. Edick is accused of being involved in a physical altercation in the parking lot
    of the Fastrac store in the village. It is alleged that during this altercation, a 2011
    Lincoln MKZ was scratched, causing $1.731.53 in damages.

    Ms. Edick was arraigned in the Village of Lowville Court and released to a third
    party.
