Lowville- The Lowville Police Department arrested a village teen at around 1:30 this morning,stemming from an incident taking place on Sunday. David M. Egan, 18, is accused of intentionally damaging a decorative solar light in the lawn at a residence on Shady Avenue, on August 30th, at around 2:30 AM. He was charged with fourth-degree Criminal Mischief and issued a ticket to appear in Village of Lowville court at a later date. The Lowville Police Department was assisted by the Lewis County Sheriff's Department. |
