    Lowville- The Lowville Village Police Department arrested a village man today
    after investigation into an alleged domestic dispute that took place on September
    19th on Trinity Avenue.

    Ryan C. Ouellette, 30, was charged with fourth-degree Criminal Mischief,
    Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Disorderly Conduct. Mr. Ouellette is
    accused of standing in front of the victims vehicle and then ripping the door off of
    the victims mini-van during the dispute. He was issued tickets to appear in Village
    of Lowville Court at a later date.
