Lowville Man Charged With Felony DWI Following Parking Lot  Accident

    Lowville- The Lowville Village Police Department arrested a Lowville man last
    night following a property damage accident in the parking lot at the Stewart's
    Shop on South State Street in the village.

    Jeffrey S. Malik, 50, was charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated and first
    degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle. Police say Mr.
    Malik had a .17% BAC. He was arraigned in Lowville Village court and sent to the
    Lewis County Jail on $500 cash bail.

    The Lewis County Sheriff's Department assisted at the scene.
