Town of Martinsburg- A Constableville man was arrested by the New York State Police on Thursday morning, in connection to a vandalism reported in the Town of Martinsburg on August 29, 2015 at around 2:30 AM. Michael C. Platt, 23, was charged with fourth-degree Criminal Mischief, a class "A" misdemeanor, and was issued a ticket to appear in the Town of Martinsburg court at a later date. Troopers did not provide any additional details on the case. |
