Croghan Man Facing Charges Following Personal Injury ATV Accident

    Town of Croghan- The New York State Police in Lowville arrested a Croghan
    man last evening, stemming from a personal injury ATV accident on Friday night
    in the Town of Croghan.

    Dean T. Kloster, 41, is facing a list of charges after investigation into the
    accident. He was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class "A"
    misdemeanor, ATV: Failure to Notify Police of an Accident, a class "U"
    misdemeanor, ATV: Leaving an Accident Scene Without a Report, a class "U"
    misdemeanor, ATV Violation: Unregistered ATV, an infraction, ATV Violation:
    Speeding, an infraction, ATV Equipment Violation: No/Illegal Helmet, an
    infraction, and ATV Insurance Violation: No Policy, an infraction.

    Mr. Kloster was issued appearance tickets for the Town of Croghan court. No
    further details were released by State Police.
