Town of Rutland- The New York State Police arrested a Glenfield man at
    around 6:45 last evening, on Route 12 in the Town of Rutland.

    Joshua L. Mellnitz, 22, was charged with fifth-degree Criminal Possession of
    Marijuana, a class "B" misdemeanor, and was issued a ticket to appear in Town
    of Rutland Court.

    Also arrested was Collin J. Jorden, 19, of Watertown, who was charged with
    fourth-degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon and fith-degree Criminal
    Possession of Marijuana. Mr. Jorden was also issued tickets to appear in Town
    of Rutland Court.

    No further details were provided.
