Lowville- A Lewis County husband and wife charged on July 30 in connection to the theft of a firearm and diamond ring from a residence in the Town of Watson, are now facing an additional charge.
State Police last evening with one count of third degree Burglary- Illegal Entry With Intent to Commit a Crime, a class "D" felony. The additional charge stems from an incident that allegedly took place in the Town of Croghan on May 08, 2015. No further details were provided.
information from that contained on the Sheriff's Department report issued previously. The State Police list the couples address as Beaver Falls and Mr. Ball's age as 25, while the Sheriff's Department listed the address as Castorland and the age of Mr. Ball as 26.
