Watertown- The New York State Police arrested a Lowville woman Sunday afternoon at the Walmart Supercenter on State Route 3 in Waterown. Alysa I Ortlieb, 32, was charged with one count of Petit Larceny, a class "A" misdemeanor. She was issued a ticket to appear in the Town of Watertown Court at a later date. The incident is still pending investigation and no further details were released |
