Town of Greig- The New York State Police in Lowville arrested a Glenfield man after responding to an incident on the Higby Road in the Town of Greig at 11:19 last night. Richard L. Farr, 30, was charged with second degree Harassment- With Physical Contact and Disorderly Conduct, both violations. He was being held at the Lewis County Jail with no bail amount specified. No further details were provided at this time. |
