    Lowville, NY- The following activity took place this morning in Lewis County
    Court, with the Honorable Daniel R. King presiding:

    Robert G. Campany, 44, of Carthage, was arraigned and pleaded GUILTY to a
    charge of second-degree Criminal Possession of Methamphetamine Making
    Materials, a class "A" misdemeanor. He was then sentenced to serve a 3 year
    probation term and ordered to pay $250 in court fees. Mr. Campany was
    accused of possessing components used to make methamphetamine in Lowville
    on May 10, 2017.

    Tyler D. Delles, 27, of Lowville, was sentenced to two consecutive 1 year terms
    in Lewis County Jail followed by a 10 year probation term on three counts of
    Possessing Sexual Performance by a Child, class "D" felonies, to which he
    entered GUILTY pleas on April 13. He was additionally ordered to pay $1,425 in
    court fees. Mr. Delles was accused of possessing, with the intent to view,
    electronic images of sexual intercourse involving a child on December 14, 2016
    in the Village of Lowville.

    Kaige C Gagnon, 20, of Great Bend, NY, successfully completed interim
    conditions of probation. He was allowed to withdraw his guilty plea to third-
    degree Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine, a class "D" felony and
    instead entered a GUILTY plea to second-degree Criminal Possession of
    Methamphetamine Making Materials, a class "A" misdemeanor. He was then
    sentenced to serve a 3 year probation term and ordered to pay $250 in court
    fees. He must also perform 100 hours of community service and will have his
    driver's license suspended for six months. Mr. Gagnon was arrested on August 2,
    2016, following a traffic stop in the Village of Lowville, when meth-making
    materials were located in his vehicle.

    Jacob D. Gearhart, 25, of Lowville, was arraigned on a sealed indictment and
    entered NOT GUILTY pleas to charges of second-degree Assault, a class "D"
    felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class "A" misdemeanor. He is
    accused of breaking the leg of a child on June 8, 2017 in the Town of Denmark.

    Dennis Hill, 32, had a trial date set for October 15th on a charge of fifth-degree
    Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, a class "D" felony.

    Michael Hoffert, 30, of Boonville, has successfully completed interim conditions
    of probation. He was allowed to withdraw a guilty plea to a charge of third-
    degree Criminal Sale of Marijuana, a class "E" felony and instead pleaded guilty
    to fourth-degree Criminal Sale of Marijuana, a class "A" misdemeanor. He was
    then sentenced to a 3 year probation term and ordered to pay $50 in court fees.
    Restitution of $660 was paid and his driver's license was ordered suspended for
    six months. Mr. Hoffert was accused of selling 37.8 grams of marijuana to a
    subject at the Lock 96 store in Port Leyden on July 5, 2016. He was arrested on
    January 10 along with four others, after sealed indictments were handed down
    by a Lewis County Grand Jury as part of the Operation Northern Watch
    investigation into possession and sale of controlled substances.

    Luis J. Raspaldo, 20, Port Leyden, was sentenced to serve a 6 year probation
    term on a charges of Sexual Misconduct, a class "A" misdemeanor and fifth-
    degree Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, a class "A" misdemeanor. He
    was additionally ordered to pay $1,550 in court fees. Mr. Raspaldo was accused
    of engaging in sexual intercourse with a minor without their consent on June 24,
    2017 in the Town of Martinsburg. He was additionally accused of possessing a
    chainsaw belonging to another person on September 17, 2017 in the Town of
    Leyden.

    Oscar Romero-Morales, 26, currently an inmate at Lewis County Jail, was
    sentenced to serve 4 years in State prison followed by 10 years of post release
    parole on charges of first-degree Attempted Rape, a class "C" felony and first-
    degree Sex Abuse, a class "D" felony, to which he entered GUILTY pleas on
    February 18. He was additionally ordered to pay $1,425 in court fees. An order of
    protection was issued on behalf of the victim for a period of 8 years from the
    maximum release date. Mr. Romero-Morales was accused of having forcible
    sexual intercourse with a female victim on January 29, 2017 in the Town of
    Martinsburg.

    David C. Trendell, 26, of Lewiston, NY, was sentenced to serve 12 weekends
    in Lewis County Jail and a 5 year probation term on a charge of fifth-degree
    Attempted Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, a class "E" felony, to which
    he pleaded GUILTY on July 14, 2017. He was additionally ordered to pay $375
    in court fees and serve 50 hours of community service.  Mr. Trendell was
    accused of attempting to sell ketamine on June 30th at the moe.down Music
    Festival in the Town of Turin.

    Patricia A. Turck, 37, of Lowville, admitted to a violation of her terms of
    probation, which she was placed on November 3, 2017, after a positive test for
    opiates. She was then reinstated to her original terms of probation.
